  • Use your agency issued email at time of check out.
  • Enter your name as it appears on agency personnel records.
  • Do not order for an agency you are not employed by.

Individuals who attempt to fraudulently procure agency branded apparel can face legal action up to and including criminal penalties. I already verified my employment. Why do I have to verify it again?

FEDS Apparel has to re-verify employment status to ensure that the individual is still an active employee of the agency they are purchasing apparel for. There is no limit on the amount of times we will verify employment.

I am a contractor for a government agency. Can I purchase agency branded items?

No.

Agency-branded apparel is restricted to individuals directly employed by that agency.

I just got my start date for an agency can I purchase agency branded items?

No.

FEDS Apparel will only transact with an individual after their Entry on Duty (EOD). Regardless if the individual is currently employed by another agency.

I am retired from my old agency, can I purchase an item with it's logo?

No.


We sincerely appreciate your service to the American public. However, agency-branded apparel can only be sold to active personnel currently employed by the agency.

Which products are restricted for purchase?

Any item that includes a badge, logo, or lettering that identifies someone as law enforcement or government personnel is restricted.

If I work for a Government Agency and want to buy an item with another Government Agency’s logo on it, can I do so?

No.

You may only purchase apparel associated with the agency that currently employs you.

What is the easiest way to have my employment verified and my order processed quickly?

For the fastest verification process:

  • Ship your order to your official work address
  • Use your government email address at checkout

I am a collector of police and government items. Can I make a purchase?

No.

Items containing agency-specific logos, insignia, or lettering can only be purchased by active personnel of that agency.
