Shipping Timeframes

On average, orders are delivered within 7–10 days from the time they are placed, including production and mailing timeframes. Employment verification may add additional processing time and delay production or delivery.

All orders containing agency-specific logos or text must go through employment verification before entering production.

The employment verification process can take up to three business days.

Once an order is cleared for production, the FEDS Apparel Fulfillment Center may require up to five additional business days to complete production.

Shipping times vary depending on the courier and shipping service selected at checkout.

Typical order processing steps include:

1. Order Confirmation
2. Employment Verification (1–3 Business Days)
3. Production (1–5 Business Days)
4. Shipping & Delivery (Varies by Courier and Service)

Orders that contain agency-specific logos or text must complete employment verification before production begins. This verification ensures that items are delivered only to authorized personnel.

Responding to emails from the Employment Verification Team is only the first step in the verification process, which helps ensure items are issued to active personnel.

Once production is complete, the order is transferred to your selected courier for shipment. Shipping times will vary depending on the courier and shipping service chosen.

In some cases, it may take 1–10 business days for an order to leave our Fulfillment Center and be transferred to the courier for delivery.

Each product page includes a “Fulfillment Timeframe” tab that provides detailed shipping and production information specific to that product.

Products offered through the FEDS Apparel Support Small Business Program may ship directly from participating small businesses.

Because these items are fulfilled by independent partners, FEDS Apparel may not control the production or fulfillment process unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The FEDS Apparel Customer Service Team can serve as an intermediary to help resolve any issues related to orders placed through this program.

Unfortunately not. We use Smart Order Routing to ensure items ordered are shipped to and received by the customer as fast as possible.

This can result in multiple shipments from one or more of our Fulfillment Centers, or even manufacturers shipping directly to you.

Smart Order Routing enables us to get you your order faster in the most efficient manner.

FEDS Apparel ships internationally. However, any item with an agency-specific logo or text must be shipped to an official duty station, APO, or DPO.

FEDS Apparel ships orders using:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• UPS

If an item appears damaged because of a factory defect or damage during production, please contact our Customer Service Team and new items will be reshipped.

FEDS Apparel is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or damaged by the delivery courier.

All items with agency-specific logos are decorated and shipped from our Level II Production Facility in Davie, FL. Only non-branded agency items are shipped from the Fort Lauderdale Facility.

FEDS Apparel Fulfillment Centers and Production Facilities are not open to the public and do not offer order pickup.
