If your order contains any items bearing agency-specific logos, insignia, lettering, or markings, you must be actively employed by that agency. All orders are verified to ensure an active employment status with the agency/entity for which you intend to purchase items, prior to fulfillment.
Fraudulently attempting to procure agency-branded apparel is a serious matter and can result in criminal penalties.
Individuals who attempt to fraudulently procure agency-branded apparel can face legal action up to and including criminal penalties. FEDS Apparel fully cooperates with affected agencies and law enforcement officials to assist in the prosecution of individuals under the fullest extent of the law for anyone who attempts to impersonate government employee(s) during the purchase process.
