Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after employment verification has been completed. Once verification is confirmed, your order will proceed to processing and shipment preparation.
Statement of Indemnification
Once a shipping label has been created and the package has been handed over to the delivery courier, the shipment is considered in the possession of the courier service. At this point, FEDS Apparel is no longer responsible for the shipment or delivery process.
FEDS Apparel is not liable for packages that are mishandled, lost, delayed, or damaged by the delivery courier after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order and monitor the delivery status online.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and available in the courier’s tracking system.
